  • Order data: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, email address.
  • Payment information: data related to processing payments (card details themselves are not stored on our servers when paying via “MakeCommerce”).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and cookies required for the website to function and for analytics.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Order fulfilment: to deliver the modular tiles you ordered and issue invoices (performance of a contract).
  • Accounting: we are required by law to keep financial records.
  • Customer service: to answer your enquiries by email or phone.

4. Who we share data with

Your data may only be shared with trusted partners who help us run our business:

  • Delivery partners (couriers): to deliver goods to the address you provide, including deliveries to other European Union countries.
  • Payment service provider “Maksekeskus AS” (“MakeCommerce”): the buyer's personal data required to complete a payment is transferred to this financial service provider for processing.
  • Public authorities: in cases provided for by law, when required.

All of these partners operate within the European Economic Area – we do not transfer your data outside the EEA.

5. Payment processing

Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS Lithuania branch (Konstitucijos pr. 21A, Vilnius LT-08105, Lithuania, reg. no.: 307639352), so the personal information required to complete and confirm your payment is transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

6. Data retention period

Invoices and accounting documents are kept for the periods set by law. Other data is kept no longer than required for the purposes of processing.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Know about the processing of your data;
  • Access the data we process about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • Restrict the processing of your data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
