TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These purchase and sale rules (the “Rules”) set out the general terms of use of the Moduro Solutions, MB online store www.moduro.lt (the “Online Store”) and the procedure for purchasing, ordering, paying for, delivering and returning goods (modular tiles).

1. General provisions


1.1. The Online Store may be used for purchases by legally capable natural persons, authorised representatives of legal entities, and minors aged 14 to 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians.

1.2. The Seller has the right to change, correct or supplement the Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules takes effect upon publication in the Online Store.

1.3. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer creates a cart in the Online Store, provides a delivery address, chooses a payment method, reads the Rules and confirms the order by completing payment.

2. Ordering and prices


2.1. Prices of modular tiles and other goods in the Online Store are stated in euros (EUR). Depending on the legal status of the company, prices may be stated with or without VAT.

2.2. The delivery charge is added to the order total when the order is placed and is shown before payment.

2.3. An order is considered confirmed once the Buyer has successfully completed payment using the selected payment method.

3. Payment methods and currency


3.1. All payments in the Online Store are made in euros (EUR).

3.2. Payments are processed by the payment service provider “MakeCommerce” (“Maksekeskus AS”). The Buyer’s payment card details are not stored on the Online Store’s servers.

3.3. Payment can be made:

  • by Visa and Mastercard payment cards, accepted from anywhere in the EU;
  • via Baltic online banking links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Artea);
  • by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

3.4. The payment methods currently available are shown to the Buyer at checkout.

3.5. Orders are processed only after full payment for the goods and delivery has been received.

4. Delivery


4.1. Modular tiles and other products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer (or to parcel lockers, where applicable) by courier services.

4.2. We deliver to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and all European Union countries. The delivery charge is calculated automatically from the weight of the order and the destination country, and is shown in the cart before payment.

4.3. Indicative delivery times from the moment payment is received:

  • Lithuania – 1–3 business days;
  • Latvia, Estonia, Poland – 2–5 business days;
  • other European Union countries – 4–10 business days.

4.4. Large orders (from approximately 200 kg) are shipped on pallets; in that case delivery may take longer and the carrier contacts the Buyer in advance to agree a delivery time.

4.5. All orders are shipped from Lithuania within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges apply.

4.6. When receiving the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment. If any damage is found, it must be noted with the courier and the Seller must be informed.

5. Returns and exchanges


5.1. The Buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the day the goods were received, without giving any reason.

5.2. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, complete, undamaged, not installed, connected or otherwise used, and must retain their commercial appearance.

5.3. To return goods, the Buyer must submit a free-form request by email to info@moduro.lt.

5.4. Returned goods must be sent or delivered to: Dobilo g. 5, LT-19121 Širvintos, Lithuania.

5.5. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

6. Liability and dispute resolution


6.1. All disagreements are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.2. Consumers may submit a request or complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt). Consumers resident in other European Union countries may also turn to the European Consumer Centre in their own country (ECC-Net).
