RETURN POLICY

The rules for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the Moduro Solutions, MB online store www.moduro.lt have been prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and EU consumer law, and apply to buyers in all EU countries.

1. Right of withdrawal and return of goods

1.1. The Buyer (a natural person acting for personal purposes) has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day the goods were received (collected).

1.2. To exercise the right of return, the Buyer must notify the Seller within this period by sending a free-form notice by email to info@moduro.lt.

2. Quality and completeness requirements for returned goods

Returned goods (modular tiles or other products) must meet the following requirements:

2.1. The goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging and complete.

2.2. The goods must be undamaged, not installed, connected, glued or otherwise used, and must retain their commercial appearance.

2.3. A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Return costs

3.1. Where goods are returned because they do not meet quality requirements or the wrong item was delivered, the Seller covers all return costs.

3.2. Where goods are returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal for other reasons, the return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

3.3. For orders delivered outside Lithuania, return shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the country. Please contact us at info@moduro.lt before sending anything back and we will advise on the most economical option.

4. Refund procedure

4.1. After receiving the returned goods and checking their condition, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day the notice of withdrawal was received.

4.2. Refunds are always made to the same payment method the Buyer used for payment (via the “MakeCommerce” system).
